CANCELLATION POLICY
I will send a reminder 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment (via text/email). Please confirm or reschedule within that window if needed. To respect my time and other clients: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please: Call directly, or Reply to your reminder message. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee. A no-show is a client who misses their appointment without notice. • No-show fee: 25–50% of the scheduled service price This fee must be paid before booking future appointments. If you arrive late: We will do our best to accommodate you. Your service may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. Full price still applies.
